This is a patient and community centered care, which does not involve the hassles of health insurance.

 

There is no need for dealing with insurance companies or third-party payers for the purpose of billing for the medical services provided.

 

The practice provides wellness and preventative office visits, treatment of immediate and long-term medical conditions,  coordination of care, direct cell phone and email access to the physician.

Enrollment and Monthly Membership Fee. For new Memberships, a one-time non-refundable enrollment fee of $115 will be charged.

 

Membership fee of $80 per adult Patient Member with $10 copay.

 

Friends and family who enrolls with the principal members will each receive the discount of $5 on monthly payment.

Wired Wellness Physicians have a Very Affordable lab prices for their patients.We worked long and hard to make sure you would be able to stay informed about your health.

 

*If you have any of above tests done in the last 3 month please bring the results to your appointment that may help to reduce your cost

*Please note that these tests need to be done fasting, which includes not taking food, any supplements or medications and not to apply any topical hormonal creams in the morning of the testing day. It is best just to hold all supplements and medications and take or apply after the blood draw or saliva collection.
